The pages here are produced by the Kuta Lombok Beach editorial desk. There is no single author to introduce, so this page explains the method instead.

How a page gets written

The routine is the same for every page: find the primary source, read it, then write. Where the only available source is another travel site, the page says so instead of borrowing its confidence.

What this desk does not claim

This desk is not a licensed adviser of any kind. Where a decision carries legal, financial or medical weight, the page says to take it to someone who is. This page names no individuals. A stated qualification should survive being asked for proof; where ours would not, it is left out entirely.

Sources and corrections

Where this site states a rule, a fee or a schedule, it comes from the operator or the official source, and we say so on the page. Where a rule has not been confirmed against an official source, we say that too. If a page here contradicts what you were told by an operator or an official office, write to us. We will check it and correct the page.
